As a member of the Orange County Government Development Advisory Board, Kris is acutely conscious of Orange County’s Vision 2050 which seeks to promote new and intensified urban development through infill and redevelopment with a greater mix of uses in order to accommodate the anticipated 700,000 new residents by 2050. Because of Kris’s awareness of the potential unintended consequences this may have for Winter Park, he is prepared to take the proactive actions necessary to maintain our quality of life as growth explodes around us.

Kris’s experience as a real estate attorney will provide a well-informed voice when making decisions that regulate land use.
